My son wanted a Silver bracelet for Xmas and I was looking for something different and a bit special when I found SilverWOW on a search, the jewellery was different and just what I was looking for, my only concern was if Silver WOW was a credible company or not but I neednt have worried! I put an initial enquiry in about a product and instantly received a detailed reply from Andy answering all of my concerns and more. I ordered the bracelet in December with the hope of receiving it before Xmas, to my suprise, I received the bracelet within a week later and I have to say the quality is exceptional!!! My son thinks so too as hes not taken it off his wrist since. Id just like to say a big thanks to Andy and SilverWOW for their exceptional service, communication and product! i ordered for my hubby, but when it can it was far chunkier than it looked on pic so i emalied andy to see what we could do and could i change it for another one that i thouight would be more to my hubbys liking andy couldnt do enough and the problem was solved with no fuss,the extra money was put straight in my account for the difference and the new bracelet arrived this morning i think my hubby will love it (but we'll have to wait till after xmas to find out ) thanks again andy will defo recommend to all i know

Am so, so happy with my bracelet - it looks and feels amazing!! I'm getting lots of compliments and envious looks! I'd wanted a chunky silver bracelet for a very long time and I've definitely found 'the one'! Dealing with Andy was a pleasure, I felt he really cared about getting everything just right for me.
