All SilverWow® pieces are individually handmade to order in solid 925 sterling silver — nothing is held in stock. Every piece is made specifically for the customer placing the order.
All weights and dimensions stated on product listings are approximate. As each piece is individually handmade, natural variation occurs.
We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be fully accurate.
Custom-made goods are exempt from standard cancellation rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)).
We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 6 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
