Refund policy
All SilverWow™ pieces are individually handmade to order — nothing is held in stock. Every piece is made specifically for you, so getting it right first time matters. We're here to help with that — if you have any questions about sizing or specifications before you order, just contact us. Working together from the start is the best way to make sure your piece is exactly what you want.
All weights stated on product listings are approximate, as each piece is individually handmade to order and natural variation occurs.
Custom-made goods are exempt from standard cancellation rights under internationally recognised consumer law, including the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)).
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us straight away. We will review the issue and work with you to find the right solution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. International tracked shipping costs vary by destination and are paid directly to the carrier on dispatch. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs in both directions.
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are set and enforced by your local government and are entirely outside our control. The buyer is solely responsible for all customs charges. Unpaid customs fees can result in packages being returned or disposed of — if notified by customs, please act promptly.
If a return is agreed, it must be arranged by email within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and securely packaged. We recommend insured, signed-for postage. Items lost or damaged in return transit are not eligible for refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 72 hours of receipt and we will work with you to resolve it.
