Received 12mm necklace today fabulous! Not sure how someone could wear its larger brother without fracturing cervical vertebrae, but then Im 6 ft tall and weigh only 155#. Love the ingenious way of fastening without an actual clasp. Great customer service I expected it would be another 6 weeks to get here

I initially contacted Andy at silver wow to find out a few things, one being caould they make a necklace smaller than shown on the site, my other conern was where were they, once I had agreed size adjustment with Andy and could see I had an option to pay by paypal, I decided to take a chance and placed the order, it toom about 4 weeks to arrive, and I was very pleased with the result, always difficult purchasing stuff from abroad, my axvice is make sure your payment is secure if things dont work out, but in this case all was fine and would have no problem with purchasing from Andy again, he was most helpful.......thanks Andy
