Shipping & Return Polices



Most items are Custom Made to Order so please allow around 5-6 weeks to arrive at your door. Sometimes it is possible to beat this time frame, but please allow this time frame weeks before chasing up on an order. If the item is urgent, please check with to see if faster delivery is possible.


In the unlikely event of NON-receipt by the times listed above please allow at least an additional couple of working days before letting me know. I can then put a trace on it for you & try to track it down.




In the event of non-delivery, it's well worth calling your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they have tried to deliver your parcel and nobody was there to sign.They say they always leave a card but from experience I know they seem to "forget" often! so well worth trying.


Unfortunately, Royal Mail does not deem an item lost until after 14 days following the date it was sent ( the date you received the "shipped" email) So if it has not arrived AFTER 14 days from the date you received this "Shipped Confirmation" email then please contact me immediately.




Orders are normally sent International Courier & then gets put into your local postal system. For those who would like faster shipping we may be able to offer a FEDEX upgrade. If you are interested in the FEDEX option please check for price & availability.




We are happy to exchange or refund you if are not 100% satisfied with a stock item. PLEASE NOTE this refund/exchange policy does NOT apply to "CUSTOM MADE SPECIAL ORDERS" so please carefully check you have the correct size on those. But saying that we help you the best we can.


The actual postage cost will NOT be refunded. Actual Postage is the amount we get billed by the shipping company, usually considerably more than the postage we charge at the point of sale. There is small additional £10 handling fee will also be deducted. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling (both ways) which includes original shipping charges and return shipping charges. Postal charges are non-recoverable.




Any returned items must ALWAYS be prearranged by email - we will confirm full instructions by a return email.


Please ensure the jewellery is in unused and it perfect condition and is returned well packaged. Items returned to us that are lost in the post or arrive damaged will not be refunded, so returning via signed for via insured post is recommended.


We will also refund or replace any losses in the mail (subject to availability) in the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged. Please let us know of any damages within 24 hours of receiving the order. You are insured and 100% protected in the very unlikely event your order didn't reach you.


In the event your country charging any import duties etc, this is the customer's responsibility. We have no control over this. Used or worn item can't be refunded on under any circumstances.
