PLEASE NOTE :-
Most items are Custom Made to Order so please allow 3-4 weeks to arrive at your door. Sometimes ready before, but please allow the above time frame before following up on an order.
Stock Items (usually lower prices items) Will reach you sooner, normally reach you within 2 weeks.
In the unlikely event of NON receipt by the times listed above please allow at least an additional couple of working days before letting me know. I can then put a trace on it for you & try to track it down.
ADDITIONAL NOTES FOR UK ORDERS :-
UK deliveries will require a signature. Light items will normally be sent by "recorded delivery" eg Rings, Pins & Pendants etc. Heavier items will be send by "special delivery"... normally, anything over 40 grams.
In the event of non delivery, its well worth calling your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they have tried to deliver your parcel and nobody was there to sign.They say they always leave a card but from experience I know they seem to "forget" often! so well worth trying.
Unfortunately, Royal Mail do not deem an item lost until after 14 days following the date it was sent. So if it has not arrived AFTER 14 days then please contact me immediately.
ADDITIONAL NOTES FOR NON UK ORDERS :-
Orders are normally sent by UK Royal mail & then gets put into your local postal system. Some of the heavier items are often send by FEDEX especially those to the Australia, USA & Canada.

We are happy to exchange or refund you if are not 100% satisfied with stock item. PLEASE NOTE this refund/exchange policy does NOT apply to "CUSTOM MADE SPECIAL ORDERS" so please carefully check you have the correct size on those. But saying that we help always try to help you the best we can. The actual postage cost will NOT be refunded. Actual Postage is the amount we get billed by the shipping company, usually more than the postage we charge at point of sale. There is small £10 handling fee will also be deducted. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling, which includes original shipping charges and return shipping charges. Also in the event that we offer FREE shipping, upon return of the item we will deduct the original shipping charges from the cost of the item, as these charges are non-recoverable.
If any errors on our part... of course we will take care of all additional shipping and handling costs.
Any returned items must ALWAYS be pre arranged by email - we will confirm full instructions by a return email. Items be received with 7 days of receipt.
Please ensure the jewellery is in unused and it perfect condition and is returned well packaged. Items returned to us that are lost in the post or arrive damaged will not be refunded, so returning via signed for postage is recommended.
We will also refund or replace any losses in the mail (subject to availability) in the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged. Please let us know of any damages within 24 hours of receiving the order. You are insured and 100% protected in the very unlikely event your order didn't reach you.
